The Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation announced on Tuesday that Indias Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will grow by 6.4 per cent in FY2024-25 (FY25), a sharp decline from the 8.2 per cent growth recorded in FY24. However, the ministry expects economic activity to pick up in the second half of FY25, driven by improvements in agriculture, industry, and resilient rural demand. Real GDP has been estimated to grow by 6.4 per cent in FY 2024-25 as compared to the growth rate of 8.2 per
